This morning at 10:30am we were alerted that your connection has reported an outage. A technician is onsite working to restore service.This is an issue is due to the interruption yesterday morning and will be permanently fixed with an upgraded device we are waiting to be delivered, delayed in shipping. We are back up.
If you are not back up yet, please unplug your router from power and plug it back in.
